EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy - We can make exchanges on items that are still brand new, unused, unwashed, have original packaging and can be sold for full price.  Send item back to our store in New York with copy of original invoice and a note stating what you prefer instead.  We do not take a 20% re-stocking fee on exchanges.  However, we will charge you a re-ship fee to send back the product to your location.  On all uniforms, make sure that the pants strings are not pulled.  This causes the top waist material to bunch up and it’s not considered brand new. We do not do exchanges for books, videos, & groin cups.  Customer will be responsible for send items back to our location for returns & exchanges.
